Anti-Bullying Policy - All K24A Groups
Kamloops 24 Hour Auction takes an extremely dim view of cyber bullying in all its various forms. This is a zero tolerance zone. Upon receipt of screen shots showing violations of this policy, Admin will block and delete members without any delay. Former members who were removed for violating this clear policy are not owed any explanation.
1. If anyone posts anything anywhere that could possibly be perceived as negative, mocking, hurtful, harmful, demeaning, accusatory or mean, about anyone or anything to do with this group, they are removed from this group and they do not ever come back.
2. If anyone makes an unfounded, or at any time disproved allegation, or even an indirect allegation against a member or an admin via private message or any other means, they are removed from this group and they do not ever come back.
3. If anyone uses the Facebook "Like" feature on an aforementioned post, or they comment or bump the post in any way, other than to alert an admin or clearly denounce the post or the poster, they are removed from this group and they do not ever come back.
4. If anyone is rude, abusive, sexual, or hostile to another member of this group or an admin via private messenger or any other means, they are removed from this group and they do not ever come back.
5. Notwithstanding Section 13 of the Admin Charter; No member removed under this harassment policy shall ever be afforded the right to any review by the admin team.
6. Kamloops 24 Hour Auction will always cooperate fully with the RCMP to prosecute cyber bullying and harassment of any kind.
7. Kamloops 24 Hour Auction will always cooperate fully with any legal professional who represents a claimant who was allegedly harassed or bullied.
8. Kamloops 24 Hour Auction will never cooperate with any defence of, or claims brought, by anyone removed under this harassment policy.
9. Members are responsible for everything posted under their account. "My child got my phone" will never be a valid excuse. If your phone was stolen or your account was hacked, we may reconsider the suspension only upon receipt of a police report detailing the alleged theft or hack.
10. If you are being bullied or harassed or if you see someone else being bullied or harassed, you need to speak up and alert an admin right away. Please use the links in the pinned post.
11. Comments of any kind standing up to bullies or harassment as described here are always exempt from this policy. Admin will remove posts and comments that violate this policy as soon as we are aware. If there is a delay for some reason it is important that members know they are always free to say publicly that this behaviour is not allowed and not OK. We encourage you to do this and fully support you if you do.
